Please note that the specified PoE budget is not distributed to specific ports, but is consumed according to actual PoE usage, and PoE devices can thus be connected to any port as long as the budget has not yet been used up.

The FortiSwitch-M426E-FPOE is a Layer 3 switch with 16x GE RJ45, as well as 8x 2.5GE RJ45 ports. Additionally 4x 10GE SFP+ ports are available. The FortiSwitch-M426E-FPOE delivers a PoE budget of up to 420 watts on 24 ports. In doing so, the 2.5GE ports can provide UPOE at up to 60 watts per port.
The switch is well suited for demanding WLAN environments where high speeds and PoE standards are required.

FortiSwitch Secure Access Switches are tightly integrated with the FortiGate® Network Security Platform and can be managed directly through the familiar FortiGate interface. This centralized management provides complete visibility and control of all users and devices on the network, regardless of how they connect.
Security Fabric Integration
