Please note that the appropriate Greenbone Subscription license is required to get your Greenbone Appliance up and running.
The Greenbone Service Level Agreement (SLA) "Platinum Support" covers all Greenbone GSM products - whether as hardware appliance or VM.
Your benefits at a glance:

- Exchange of defective hardware and if necessary. Provision of a loaner device
- Update of the Greenbone Security Feed (GSF) for daily updated vulnerability information and checks
- Update of the Greenbone operating system
- AddOn Tool Service: Software tools, web services and plugins from Greenbone
The SLA is booked in the form of a subscription key with a term of 1 year, 3 years or 5 years on a supported Greenbone appliance and can be renewed seamlessly. Multiple appliances cannot be covered with one Subscription Key.
Support is offered on business days (Mon. - Fri.) between 9:00am and 5:00pm (excluding December 24 and 31). A response time within one business day can be expected.
In case of a RMA hardware replacement, the customer is responsible for backing up and destroying his data, although Greenbone will delete the remaining data on a defective device according to the current state of the art. Replacement devices will be shipped immediately upon availability. If there is a delay in delivery of a replacement device, Greenbone offers to provide a loaner device.
