With the disclaimer option, the NoSpamProxy gateway, which focuses on email security, can be expanded to include a frequently requested function. This saves NoSpamProxy customers from having to install an additional software product on the Exchange server.
NoSpamProxy offers more than email security
Standardised and up-to-date email signatures are a perennial issue in IT departments. However, their implementation still ties up resources unnecessarily or has to be realised using niche tools that have to be maintained as an extension of the respective mail server. The NoSpamProxy® secure e-mail gateway allows this requirement to be met elegantly and without additional software.
NoSpamProxy's disclaimer option includes a web interface that allows authorised users from the marketing department to manage, design and change the disclaimers independently after a short briefing. By selecting attributes from Active Directory groups, it is possible to maintain different disclaimer texts for different groups of people or departments. This effectively relieves the IT administration and the company can utilise the great advertising potential of product or event information in e-mail disclaimers.
