- New licenses - license term starts when Sophos completes the order! This applies to subscription licenses in the Central area. This change does not apply to hardware products.
- Non-activated licenses - the subscription term start date will automatically be reset to the date when the order processing was completed by Sophos.
- Hardware products - hardware warranty term starts when Sophos completes the order processing! Subscription licenses are not affected.
Please note that this is an end-of-sale product. We strongly advise you to switch to a product from the Sophos XGS series. If you already own a Sophos XG, you can continue to renew your licenses using the XGS licensing model.
The Sophos Enterprise license provides a complete next generation firewall solution and includes network and web protection in addition to the required Base Protect of your Sophos XG Firewall. Thus, this license is a guarantee for the security of your company. Compared to the old licensing of the UTM 9, the Enterprise Guard includes 24/7 telephone and email support by Sophos, as well as an advance replacement, which definitely extends the enterprise capability of the new Sophos XG series.
